College administrators may be heartened to learn that the 7% decline in total undergraduate enrollment between 2010 and 2016 appears to be reversing. The National Center for Education Statistics projects that between 2016 and 2027, the total number of students enrolled in undergraduate programs will grow by 3%, from 16.9 million to 17.4 million.
